By very nature, construction is high risk. Specialising in difficult and dangerous projects many turn down, it takes courage to show up every day, jumping down 4.5m shoring boxes to build manholes in water charged ground, digging in and around live services, tunnelling under high pressure gas mains, and navigating Energex high voltage infrastructure. To never shy away from difficult tasks, to continuously step outside your comfort zone, and to keep a cool head and do your job at a high standard with so much on the line, is a courageous effort. So, whether it be working on Sundays to get ownership of a car park, planning for a job at 4am, or sweeping roads in the middle of the night… the entire YTB team embody a daily commitment to showing courage and sacrifice.
