At YTB Plumbing, we specialise in large-scale civil plumbing projects, and our recent work at 35 Peerless Ave, Mermaid Beach for Memar Constructions was a standout.

This $255M, 36-storey residential development features 3 basement levels and 109 luxury apartments atop 3 podium levels, requiring complex water and sewer connections to support its new infrastructure.

Our team was engaged to complete a new 1050mm sewer manhole in the roadway, a 150mm sewer connection into the site boundary, and a major DN 250mm water main upgrade across the entire site frontage.

With tight site constraints and a 5-hour network shutdown, precision planning and execution were critical.

All works were completed successfully and within the required shutdown period keeping this landmark Gold Coast development on track.
