YTB were awarded the civil water, sewer, and stormwater connections for the new Dune Tower in Main Beach. Main Beach Parade is the main Road for the GC 500 track so this job was always going to be tricky.

Water was a 150mm cut in during a network shutdown complete with a double stacked water meter assembly. Sewer connection was to construct a 3 meter deep man hole over an 150mm council main in the parking lane of Main Beach Parade and take a new 150mm line into the boundary. The stormwater connection had to be done on night shift due to location and scope of works was to construct a manhole over an existing 750mm council main and a full 375mm road crossing across Main Beach Parade complete with a lip in line gully pit.
