YTB plumbing were engaged to undertake the connection services upgrade so an existing industrial factory could be split into two different titles. The scope of works for the sewer was to undertake a new 150mm sewer connection into an existing manhole then open cut the concrete carpark and lay approx. 50m of new sewer to tie back into the exiting sewer pipe, all concrete reinstatement etc was also done by YTB Plumbing.
The water connection was a new 125mm tunnel bore under the road via directional drilling method with a 150mm x 100mm water cut in during a council network shut down complete with a new above 100mm ground water meter assembly for the fire service and a 40mm below ground meter for the domestic.
