YTB Plumbing was entrusted by Alroe Constructions to execute critical civil connections at a high-profile project site on Albatross Avenue, Gold Coast.
For the water component, our team successfully managed a challenging 100mm water connection within a network shutdown, including a 15-meter Ductile iron road crossing and installation of a double stacked water meter assembly, followed by a full road reinstatement. Our expert team executed a 3-meter deep, 150mm live sewer connection, including a 150mm line into the boundary, and comprehensive road reinstatement.
Working on Albatross, one of Gold Coast's busiest roads, presented unique challenges. With the council allowing only a single-day road closure, our team orchestrated meticulous planning and preparation to ensure all tasks were completed efficiently. Despite the constraints, our dedicated efforts ensured the project was wrapped up by 6pm, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
