PROJECT DETAILS

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the civil connections for the Isabel by Mosaic Tower, a project for a repeat client in one of the most stunning locations on the east coast of Australia—Burleigh Heads. Renowned for its never-to-be-built-out views of the Pacific Ocean’s tranquil crystal blue waters, and just steps away from Burleigh Heads’ ultimate lifestyle offerings and exquisite natural surroundings, this site is among the most sought-after and prestigious on the Gold Coast.

YTB Plumbing was tasked with the famous trifecta of civil connections: water, sewer, and stormwater.

Stormwater: Our stormwater connection work involved a live connection and the construction of a new manhole over an existing council main. We then laid a new 375mm reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) line into the boundary, complete with road reinstatement.

Sewer: For the sewer connection, we executed and built a new 1050mm manhole in the road, then extended a new 150mm line into the boundary, also complete with road reinstatement.

Water: The water connection required a 150mm cut into an existing council water main during a network shutdown. We then installed a double-stacked water meter assembly.
