This project was one of our top 3 favourite cut-ins of the year, showcasing our ability to handle complex water main connections with precision and efficiency.

We were engaged to undertake a 375mm cut-in on an existing recycled water main, with a 150mm off-take leading into the boundary, complete with a newly installed recycled water meter.

The challenge? We had a strict 5-hour network shutdown to complete the cut in, pour thrust blocks, and then back fill to reinstate the area – leaving no room for delays.

All works were completed by the team within the designated shutdown window making for another successful project for YTB.
